How do I pay?

Pay securely through Paystack with a card or any other option it offers at checkout. Payments are in Nigerian naira (₦).

I'm outside Nigeria. Can I see prices in my currency?

Yes. Choose a currency at the top of the page to see an approximate price alongside the naira one. You're still charged in naira, and your bank converts it at its own rate.

Can I reserve now and pay later?

On many fares, yes: choose “Reserve now, pay later” when you select a flight. We hold your seats for up to 24 hours, or less when the flight is soon or the airline's ticketing deadline is earlier. Pay before the deadline shown, or the booking is released.

How long do I have to pay if I choose to pay now?

Two hours. If payment isn't completed by then, the seats are released and you'll need to search again.

Are the prices shown final?

The total at checkout includes taxes and fees. Airlines can change fares until a booking is paid; if the price changes, we show you the new one before you pay.

When will I get my e-ticket?

Once payment is confirmed, we email your e-ticket and booking reference. Check your spam folder; if it still hasn't arrived, send us a message with your booking reference.

How do I change my flight?

Sign in, open the booking under Manage bookings and request a change. We get a quote from the airline (any fare difference and fees) for you to accept before anything changes.

Sign in and cancel it under Manage bookings before departure. What you get back depends on the fare rules of your ticket.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow the airline's fare rules for your ticket. Once the airline approves one, we refund your original payment method; your bank may take a few working days to show it.

There's a mistake in a traveller's name. What do I do?

Names must match the passport exactly, and airlines rarely allow name changes. Send us a message straight away with your booking reference and we'll check what the airline allows.

How do I know which bags are included?

Each flight shows the cabin and checked bags its fare includes. Use the Bags filter to see only fares that include them.

Check in with the airline, online or at the airport, using the airline booking reference on your e-ticket. Online check-in usually opens 24 to 48 hours before departure.

What documents do I need?

A valid passport for international flights, plus any visa or transit visa your destination or stopover requires. Many countries need your passport to be valid for 6 months after you travel.

When should I get to the airport?
