Welcome to SwiftWings Jet. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our platform to search, compare, and book commercial flights.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SwiftWings Jet customer booking portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our services.
2. Flight Bookings and Tickets
All flight bookings are subject to availability and the tariff rules of the issuing airline. Once payment is authorized, bookings are placed in a 'pending' state and tickets are issued via Amadeus. Tickets are non-transferable and name changes are generally not permitted by airlines.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Prices displayed include the base fare, taxes, and any applicable service markups or discounts configured on our platform. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. You agree to pay the total priced flight offer amount. Any additional airline fees (e.g., luggage, seat selection) are your responsibility.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and change fees are determined entirely by the operating airline. SwiftWings Jet complies with the airline's rules. If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed using the original method of payment after confirmation from the carrier.
5. Travel Documentation
Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and holding valid passports, visas, health certifications, and any other travel documents required by destination or transit countries. SwiftWings Jet is not liable for boarding denials due to insufficient documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
SwiftWings Jet acts as an intermediary booking agent and is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, baggage loss, personal injury, or force majeure events during your travel. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us, if any, for booking.
